As part of its thirtieth anniversary celebration, the Museo de Las Américas presents Travesías / Crossings, a retrospective exhibition of prints and installations by Afro Puerto Rican artist Imna Arroyo Cora. The exhibition opens on Thursday, October 12, 2023, at 6:00 p.m. With this exhibition, the Museum joins in the commemoration of the Decade of People of African Descent proclaimed by UNESCO and the project Tiznando el País: Visualidades y Representaciones, carried out in collaboration by the Interdisciplinary and Multicultural Institute of the University of Puerto Rico and the Alliance of Museums of Puerto Rico.
